I combine hypnotherapy, coaching and breathwork practice to create more balance in your life.

Controlled breathing may promote relaxation and reduce the effects of stress. This practice may calm the nervous system that controls the body’s involuntary functions.

Hypnosis can help you increase self-awareness and identify and stop negative self-talk, self-doubt, and rumination.

It can also help you better understand how you are feeling and why you feel this way.
