Self-Image

Self-image hypnosis can develop positive changes to increase our character strength of judgment, also called critical thinking, and practice self-assessment and self-acceptance.

A poor self-image means to think of yourself as insufficient, inadequate, or inferior. It can annihilate your self-esteem and leads to obsessive negative self-criticism.

People who hold a poor self-image tend to compare themselves unfavourably to others. Furthermore, this can cause social anxiety, fear of failure, lack of initiative, poor performance, and various forms of self-sabotage such as perfectionism, underachieving, or second-guessing. Low self-image can lead to unhappiness, depression, isolation, despair, and even suicidal thinking.

People can develop a better self-image through therapy and work on themselves. Positive self-image hypnosis stores tools and techniques that promote this development.

I use a combination of hypnotic suggestions, visualisations, and other techniques that support positive attitudes, feelings, beliefs, and actions, to help you enhance your self-image.
